Ingredients
- 1.5 oz rum (e.g., Smith & Cross)
- .75 oz Campari
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- .5 oz demerara syrup
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Double strain into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves and a pineapple wedge
