Ingredients

• 1.5 oz rum (e.g., Smith & Cross)
• .75 oz Campari
• 1.5 oz pineapple juice
• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz demerara syrup

Instructions

• Shake all ingredients with ice
• Double strain into a rocks glass.
• Garnish with pineapple leaves and a pineapple wedge
